Grant Workshops

Attending a Neighborhood Services Grant Workshop is highly recommended for neighborhood organizations interested in applying for any of the grants. The following workshops will be held on a Saturday; space is limited, so RSVP is required for all attendees.

Grant Workshop dates and locations are as follows:

Cycle 1 (February-May) ReNEW Grant application deadline is May 14, 2009!

Cycle 2 (August-November) ReNEW Grant application deadline is November 5, 2009!

Neighborhood Grant Advisory Board

A Grant Selection Committee comprised of County staff members review and score applications. Then, the Neighborhood Grant Advisory Board (NGAB), a seven-member citizen panel, oversees the grant programs from selection of winners to the completion of projects. The NGAB meets once a month to conduct its duties. Board members review applications and conduct site visits.
